






Here’s how it works…
Call me up, we pick your harvest, crush & put into glass fermentation vessels
Add sugar source (honey, syrup, sugar etc)
Add water and yeast (if not using the wild yeast from the harvest)
Add aromas if wanted (herbs, spices etc)
Mix and measure initial gravity
Wait several months, tracking fermentation til finished
A month in, drain the solids
Rack it…Bottle it & Drink
